Terms of Service / Gallery Access Policy
Thank you for choosing our photography services. Please review the following terms regarding your online gallery access and image usage.
1. Gallery Access Period
Your private online gallery will remain active for two (2) months from the delivery date. During this time, you may view, download, and share your images with family and friends.
2. Download Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to download and safely store all images before the gallery expiration date. We strongly recommend saving your photos in multiple locations, such as a computer, external hard drive, or cloud storage service, to prevent loss.
3. Gallery Expiration & Reactivation
After the two (2) month access period has ended, the gallery will expire and may be removed from the online system.
If you wish to regain access to your gallery after expiration, a $600 gallery reactivation fee will be required. Once the fee is paid, the gallery may be restored for a limited period to allow you to download your images, if the files are still available in our archives.
4. Image Archiving
While reasonable care is taken to maintain backup copies of delivered images, long-term archiving is not guaranteed. We recommend downloading and securing your images as soon as your gallery is delivered.
5. Image Use & Sharing
Clients are welcome to share their images on social media and with family and friends. However, images may not be altered, edited, or filtered in any way that changes the photographer’s original work. Proper credit to the photographer is appreciated when sharing online.
6. Print Quality Disclaimer
For the best print quality, we recommend ordering prints directly through the online gallery. We cannot guarantee color accuracy, cropping, or overall print quality when images are printed through third-party labs.
7. Agreement
Accessing and downloading images from the gallery indicates that you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected when you book photography services or access your online gallery.
1. Information We Collect
When you inquire about or book photography services, we may collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and any details you provide related to your photography session or event. If you purchase prints or products through the online gallery, payment and billing information may also be collected through secure third-party payment processors.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used to:
- Communicate with you regarding bookings, sessions, and gallery delivery
- Provide access to your online gallery
- Process orders for prints, albums, or digital downloads
- Improve client experience and services
Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Online Gallery Access
Your images are delivered through a secure online gallery. Access may be shared with individuals you provide the gallery link to. Please note that anyone with the gallery link may be able to view the images unless password protection is applied.
4. Image Use
Images created during your session may be used by the photographer for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.
5. Data Protection
Reasonable measures are taken to protect your personal information and digital files. However, no online system can guarantee complete security, and by using the online gallery you acknowledge this risk.
6. Third-Party Services
Online galleries, payment processing, and print fulfillment may be handled through trusted third-party platforms. These platforms operate under their own privacy and security policies.
7. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will apply to future interactions and services.

Additional Privacy Policy Clauses
Model Release & Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session, the photographer reserves the right to use images from the session for portfolio display, website galleries, social media, studio samples, competitions, advertising, and other promotional purposes.
If a client prefers that their images remain private and not be used for promotional purposes, this request must be made in writing before the photography session takes place.
Children & Family Image Privacy
We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of children and families. Images featuring minors will always be shared respectfully and professionally. If a parent or guardian prefers that images of their child not be displayed publicly or used for marketing purposes, this request must be communicated before the session or at the time of booking, and we will honor that request.
Screenshot & Image Quality Notice
To ensure the best possible image quality, clients are expected to download their photos directly from the online gallery using the provided download options. Screenshots of images may significantly reduce resolution and overall image quality.
The photographer is not responsible for poor image quality resulting from screenshots, social media compression, or improper downloads. For the highest quality results, please download the original files directly from the gallery or order professional prints through the gallery store when available.
RAW Files & Unedited Images
All images delivered in your online gallery are professionally edited and represent the final work of the photographer. RAW files, unedited images, and original camera files are not included and will not be delivered to clients.
The photographer maintains full creative control over the editing style, color grading, and final presentation of all images. Images that do not meet the photographer’s quality standards—including test shots, duplicates, images with closed eyes, or out-of-focus frames—are permanently removed during the culling process and will not be provided.
By booking photography services and accessing the online gallery, clients acknowledge that they are hiring the photographer for their artistic style and agree that the delivered edited images represent the completed work.
